It's time for Aloha Friday! Simply put - I ask a question and you answer it! Thanks to An Island Life for the original idea. If you want to participate, head on over to Kailani's blog and follow the instructions. It's a great way to meet new bloggy friends and to get your friends more involved in your blog!
This week's question:
Are you particular about what brands of toiletries you buy for yourself and your family? Do you always buy the same things, or do you like to try new things, or do you just get whatever's on sale?
I find myself doing a mixture of of all of those things! I'm definitely particular about my conditioner, but not so much about my shampoo. I just want it to smell nice! I'm always trying new toothbrushes (but usually the ones on sale), but the toothpaste we keep the same. I'm also fickle with my razors - I'm loyal for a season, but my skin seems to freak out after awhile, and I need to go on the hunt for the new perfect one! My new favourite is a men's razor - the Schick Quattro Titanium.
I hope all of you have a fantastic weekend!

that's so funny about the quattro titanium - that's what we've been using! i'm not loyal to any particular product and usually buy things based on price - the best deal, of course!
I'm pretty particular about toothpaste and toilet paper. And of course make up.
I am very particular about toiletries. I buy the same brands all the time, no matter how much cheaper the sale items are.
I'm very particular about my hair stuff and my toothbrushing stuff. I have gotten used to a particular skin care product line too ... since a friend of mine who sells the stuff kept giving it to me.
Have a wonderful weekend!
I pretty much stick to the same products. Unless a new one comes out and I want to try it!
There are certain things that I am kind of particular about, like toothpaste and a good toilet paper is important, but other things I am happy to use generic or try something different.
I like toothbrushes with rotating heads.
I am particular about my toothpaste, toilet paper and hairspray, but whatever else in on sale usually is what I get. Have a great Aloha Friday!
I'm not really that picky at all. I tend to shop the sales.
I will try things if they are on sale. But we have to have brand names for kleenex and toilet papter
I like to try new things, especially if they are on sale, so my bathroom is a hodgepodge of brands. The only thing I can think of that I'm really picky about is toilet paper .
I try to use coupons and buy what is on sale.
I love to try new stuff too.
I pretty much use what I have. I tend to buy the same things repeatedly but have been known to be a sucker for a sale if it smells really good. One thing I really hate is to run out of anything, so I'm way more likely to buy multiple of the same thing so I never take a chance of going without.
obsessed with products... have a few constants but with somethings will always try something new such as hair products and mascara
I pretty much stick with the tried & true stuff unless someone gives me a new one to try & I like. Shower stuff-bath & body works, hair stuff-salon products(cuz I usually get it at wholesale cost) the things I tend to change the most are toilet paper & toothpaste.

I recently had to change all of my toiletries to no dye/no perfume products. My skin revolts and breaks out from it. That said, people need to stop buying me Bath and Body Works stuff...I won't use them!
Before that, I used the same brands and bought them when on sale or with coupons. I will use the same brands now, but the reason is for skin issues. I vary on toilet paper though.
We're so loyal about our toothpaste there are 3 different kinds in the house! Pretty much stick to the same on all other toiletries as well with the exception of the shampoo the boys use. What ever is availible and cheap works for what hair they have!
(p.s. I actually bought the flowers to brighten up our day/ basement. Don usually gets me roses, but if I feel the need for flowers to brighten my day, he'd rather I get them than wait for him to get a clue :-)
